Spare parts

Unused OEM parts in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can issue a return authorization and instructions.

Electric motorcycles

Because motorcycles are made‑to‑order, customized and homologated per market, they are not covered by a general 14‑day return policy. Any manufacturing defect is handled directly under the manufacturer warranty (see the warranty page).

How to request a return

Email Contact@rideondistribution.com with your order number, the item(s) concerned and photos where relevant. We typically reply within one business day.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
