Every electric motorcycle and OEM part we distribute is covered by its manufacturer warranty. Exact coverage terms — duration, covered components, and claim process — are confirmed with your order documentation at purchase.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects on motor, controller, electronics and battery on new motorcycles. OEM spare parts are covered against manufacturing defects for the duration stated in the manufacturer's warranty terms for that specific part.

What is not covered

Normal wear items (tires, brake pads, chain, sprockets, cables), damage from crashes, misuse, unauthorized modifications, water submersion beyond the bike's rated protection, and damage from third‑party components not sold by Ride On Distribution.

How to open a warranty claim

Email Contact@rideondistribution.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video. Once approved, replacement parts are shipped to your address at no cost.
