Terms of participation
- Promotional operation run by R.O.D GROUP (Ride On Distribution), 22 rue de la Carrère, 31210 Le Cuing, France.
- Participation requires the purchase of one or more t-shirts on the official shop during the stated period.
- One entry per t-shirt ordered and paid. Cancelled or refunded orders do not count.
- Open to adults residing in France, Spain, Portugal, the USA and Canada. T-shirts ship worldwide. In the USA and Canada the motorcycle is delivered in off-road configuration (L1e-B homologation is European). A minor winner may only receive a prize rideable with an AM licence (from 14) and written parental consent.
- The prize is a 79Bike Falcon Pro electric motorcycle, road-legal L1e-B (45 km/h on public roads). Off-road mode is for private land only.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or converted into cash. Registration, insurance and gear remain the winner's responsibility.
- The exact number of prizes depends on t-shirt sales volume. No individual win is guaranteed.
- Personal data is used solely to run the operation and deleted afterwards (GDPR).
