Handling and dispatch

  • Handling: 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Dispatched from our warehouses in Le Cuing (FR) and Barcelona (ES).
  • Tracking number emailed as soon as the carrier collects the parcel.
  • Carriers: Chronopost, DPD, DHL for parts — specialist freight for bikes.

Free shipping (Southern Europe)

All our bikes ship free to mainland France, mainland Spain, Portugal, Belgium and Italy. Parts and accessories ship free above the thresholds shown in the table below.

Non-EU & worldwide shipping

Through our import division R.O.D GROUP we ship worldwide on quote: Switzerland, United Kingdom, North Africa, North America, Africa, Asia. Request a custom quote from the R.O.D GROUP page — reply within 24 business hours with estimated customs cost.

Receipt, inspection and transport claims

  • Inspect the packaging in the carrier's presence.
  • If in doubt, refuse the parcel or note precise reservations on the delivery slip.
  • Report any transport damage within 72 hours to contact@rideondistribution.com with photos.
  • For bikes, the carrier calls to schedule delivery 24 h in advance.
